デザインコンセプト：

エスケンさんとの打ち合わせから、過去にデザインした私の装丁がお気に入りで
そのイメージや雰囲気が今回の回想録に生かせないかという事だった。
そんな嬉しいお話を聞きながらアイデアを膨らませて行った。
ワールドワイドに実に冒険的な旅するような人生を経て来たエスケンさんの、おもにニューヨークでの写真をコラージュし絵巻物のようなあしらいにした。

​Design concept:

At the meeting with S-Ken, he told me that he liked my bookbinding works that I had designed in the past.

He asked me if I could use that image and atmosphere for this memoir.

I started to develop my idea while listening to such a happy story.

The cover design is a collage of photographs of S-Ken, who has gone through a life like a truly adventurous journey to the world.

I made a collage of his photos, mostly taken in New York, and arranged them like a picture scroll.
